Dear organizers

In the baseline code it seems like you assume that the human and algorithmic annotation files are edf's but as far as I see they are csv's in BDSP/AWS. Am I using the wrong files or did you convert them from csv to edf?

Best regards
Bjørn-J

Dear Bjørn-J,

Yes, you are using the correct human and annotation files, which we have stored in EDF format:
https://physionetchallenges.org/2026/#data-access

The original annotations from the contributing databases (like BDSP) are stored in various CSV formats, which can have heterogeneous structures and naming conventions across different cohorts. To simplify the data preparation process for the participating teams, we standardized these annotations across the cohorts and converted them into a unified EDF format. The annotations provide as part of the Challenge data are consistent with the annotations on BDSP/AWS.

Best,
The Challenge team
