Hello,

I have a quick query regarding the logistics for the oral presentations. Could you please clarify whether presenters are required to upload their PowerPoint files? If so, is there a deadline for submission? Thank you for your time and assistance in advance.

Warm regards,
Morteza

Dear Morteza,

Good questions!

No, oral presenters are not required to upload their slides to Whova. The oral presentations will be in person, but in-person and remote attendees will be able to watch the oral presentations and share comments and questions either in-person or via Whova.

Yes, poster presenters are required to upload their posters to Whova. They should upload them before the start of the conference. The poster presentations will be in person and remote, and all poster presenters must upload their posters to Whova. The in-person portion of the poster presentations will occur during the poster presentation sessions, but the online portion of the poster presentations will continue throughout the duration of the conference to make it easier for all attendees to interact with the posters.

Best,
Matt
