Looking at the status of  "Collaborators" on GitHub, if the invitation to physionetchallengeshelper says, "Pending Invite" does this mean that you have not yet downloaded the code?  If that's the case, can we expect changes we have made to code in the repository to be used for that submission?

Thanks,
Allan

Dear Allan,

This is correct: the repository gets pulled at the time of processing in the queue, not at the time of submission. If the invite is pending, we definitely haven’t processed the submission, so any code updates will end up in the version we use for the submission.

On the other hand, the converse is not true: if the invite is not pending, it doesn’t necessarily mean we have pulled the repository. It does mean we have probably pulled it, however.

Best,
James
