Dear PhysioNet Team,

I am using the Heart Sound Database of the 2016 PhysioNet challenge to train a model for heart sound classification.
I am comparing the Springer algorithm to other established methods. I have seen that you provided an already trained HMM with the Springer Segmentation method.
However, I have not found the reference segmentation annotations you have provided for all normal wav files as stated in your paper.
Each wav file is accompanied by a header and a .dat file, the header does not seem to include the segmentation annotations and neither do the label csv files.
Where can I access the provided segmentation annotations?

Thank you very much for your help and kind regards.

Dear Raccoon,

Please see the following spreadsheet for additional annotations for the training data:
https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/0967-3334/37/12/2181/data

This spreadsheet is from the Supplementary Data for Liu et al., An open access database for the evaluation of heart sound algorithms, Physiol. Meas., vol. 37, no. 12, pp. 2181, 2016.

Best,
Matt
(On behalf of the Challenge team.)
