MATLAB complimentary licenses and support

[PhysioNet Challenge]

Dear Challengers,

MathWorks has again generously decided to sponsor this Challenge by providing complimentary licenses to all teams that wish to use MATLAB. Users can apply for a license and learn more about MATLAB support by visiting the PhysioNet Challenge page from MathWorks:

We will support MATLAB R2023b for the unofficial phase of the Challenge, but we are planning to support both MATLAB R2023b and R2024a for the official phase.
