Minor updates for the training data labels in the Ningbo and Chapman-Shaoxing training databases

Dear Challengers,

We made minor updates to the header files in the Ningbo and Chapman-Shaoxing training databases that affect ~2% of the recordings in these databases.

In the Ningbo database, we relabeled 3 classes that were inconsistently coded and omitted from the spreadsheets of the scored and unscored classes. In both databases, we fixed formatting errors that included duplicate labels and extra commas.

As the ECG recordings haven’t changed, it is sufficient to only download the Chapman-Shaoxing header files and Ningbo header files from the webpage, but the full archives with the signal and header files also contain these updates.

We also updated the distribution tables of the scored and unscored classes in the dx_mapping_scored.csv and dx_mapping_unscored.csv files accordingly.

As the changes were minor, most teams will have no change to their scores.
