Dear organisors,

We have tried to upload our video for the poster multiple times but we repeated get a "server rejected" error. The video is below the 100Mb size limit. Can you advise how to proceed?

Best,
Max

Dear Max,

The conference organizers set up the submission form and decided on the file size limits, deadlines, etc., so it's best to contact them directly with questions about the conference:

However, you can try using a video conversion tool like ffmpeg to reduce the size of your video file:

You may be able to upload a smaller file even if your video is already under the stated file size limits. You can also try emailing them a link to your video using the email address in the submission instructions. If this doesn't work for you or if the conference organizers ask for something different, then please ask them what to do next — this may be a common problem.

Best,
Matt

(On behalf of the Challenge team.)
