UGC NET Exemption for M.Phil Before June 2009

Dear All

What is the minimum standard qualification for the selection of assistant professor for college. Recently on June 22, 2015 Supreme Court had given its Judgement for the exemption of NET/SLET exam for the M.Phil degree holder who have completed their degree on or before June 2009.How far it is true../...... I wnats to know the real judgement of SC and minimum qualification for the selection of AP
