Dear friends.
I have uv absorption datas of silver n copper. How to calculate FWHM and particle size. Can anyone suggest the method or software.

Dear friend,
If you want to find out the FWHM and particle size you need to take the XRD .

Dear Naseer

I agree with raghavan. If you want to calculate crystallite size (not particle size) and FWHM, you have to do XRD.

Thanks,

Uv data peak represents distribution of silver nano particles
If peak is wide agglomeration or poly distribution of particles
Peak is narrow  crystalline structure
Particle size can be find from scanning electron microscope is better
