I hope you are all fine and doing great. I recently finished reading of a book: "Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman. It's available on Flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/emotional-intelligence-english/p/itmdzh2xtgffzjyw). You may find the description of the book on the same page.

It describes very well how our cognitive intelligence can be spread effectively and positively by studying, analyzing, controlling and even manipulating the emotions of ours as well as that of the others. This is particularly helpful for teachers. I think you find it interesting.

Yes, it's certainly a fine read. Thanks for passing it along. One other interesting book along those lines is: Drive: http://www.amazon.com/Drive-Surprising-Truth-About-Motivates/dp/1594484805 Most people who like one also like the second one.
