coordinating modifications to the Latex parsing in SymPy

This email is a summary of my understanding of the current Latex parsing efforts as related to SymPy.

Mike parsed ArXiv data and pulled the Latex expressions. 60MB of expressions are posted to

https://github.com/allofphysicsgraph/sympy-grammar-modifications/tree/master/DATA

Mike also generated a list of candidate Latex symbols in 

https://github.com/allofphysicsgraph/latex-in-arxiv/blob/master/WORDS/latex_symbols

I think Mike's grammar work is being done in 

https://github.com/allofphysicsgraph/sympy-grammar-modifications

The plan would be to modify the SymPy grammar using the Latex symbols and measure how many symbols the lexer successfully detects in the Latex expression corpus. As the SymPy grammar is improved, the coverage should increase. 

Moses has modifications to the SymPy grammar in

https://github.com/iammosespaulr/sympy/tree/mathpix/sympy/parsing/latex

These could also be run against the Latex expression corpus to see what the gaps in coverage are. 

What is unclear at this point:

• what the merge process is between Mike's grammar and Moses's grammar
• what the merge process is to the main SymPy grammar via a pull request to https://github.com/sympy/sympy/tree/master/sympy/parsing/latex
