Occasional Phyre2 jobs failing

I've noticed that a few jobs are failing, apparently without any reason reported to the user - this is affecting about 2 or 3 jobs a day (< ~0.3% of jobs).

I'm investigating this - it seems to be associated with an internal (to Imperial) network problem.

In the meantime, if you find that a job has failed at a very early stage without an obvious error, you will probably find that if you re-submit the same job (even a few seconds later) it will run as expected. If it doesn't please let me know - the more evidence I have, the easier it will be to fix the issue.
