extracxting the alpha helix, beta and coil %

hello group of expert. please i m new in the group and i need your kind assinsstance.

this is my first time with the server domain and i have the task of predicting the secondary structure of a given protein in the process, i would like to be able to extract from the result the alpha helix%, extended strand%, beta turn% and random coil% using the phyre 2. thanks in anticipation

Sorry about the delay in replying - I don't look at the Google group very often.

On the results page from Phyre2, there is a line near the top that reads "Secondary structure and disorder prediction [Show]" - click on this to expand that part of the window, and the results that I think you want are listed at the bottom of the expanded part.
