The observant amongst you may have noticed that I have been testing Phyre2 on a set of new servers; these run updated software "behind the scenes", so the results from Phyre2 may be slightly different from previous runs - but the differences in my tests have been small enough to ignore.

I have taken the plunge today and re-directed all Phyre2 submissions to the new servers; the two things that I hope you will notice are that the jobs should run a bit faster, and the capacity of these servers is higher - so the queues (especially in batch mode) should be shorter.
