Good afternoon Phyre2 Developers,

Thank you for a great tool!! I am unfortunately having trouble with my latest run in Phyre2.

I submitted a protein sequence under intensive mode using traditional Phyre2 (Unique Job Id = c5537993c32d3c43) and it seems to have finished okay. But I never received an email with the results (not in my junk folder either), or do the results generate on my web browser (Microsoft Edge) when I click Results under View past jobs in my account (david.b...@usda.gov). A pdf of the webpage is attached.

Please note the link does not generate results using Google Chrome on my laptop nor on my smartphone.

Is there anything that I am doing incorrectly, or is this a bug, or something else?

Please let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks for your time and help.

Sincerely,

David Bradshaw

Hi David

I'm really sorry I didn't reply sooner - entirely my fault; I just missed reading your e-mail.

It looks (at first sight) that your job has uncovered a bug in the report generation for Phyre2 - I'll delve into it and see what I can do to fix it.

Hi David

I've implemented a workaround that copes with your job - it looks like one of the underlying routines failed (technically, I think it's in the "poing" job that tries to build flexible parts of the intensive mode model, but I'm not very familiar with that code so I could be wrong), so I now check that the results exist before building the Phyre2 output page.

If you check the output pages I hope there's something useful for you now -

Again, I'm really sorry to have not responded sooner.

Best wishes
