Problem with Phyre2 today - fold library has been corrupted

Hi folks

Sorry about this.

In a regular update (which adds new entries from the PDB) of the fold library, the fold library has been corrupted.

This means that all jobs will fail from ~02:00 BST 23rd June 2022 until I have fixed the problem.

Keep your eye on this forum for a message letting you know that all is well again. I've disabled jobs until I'm reasonably sure that things are well.

I *think* that things will be working again shortly - just running some final tests, but if I don't post back again on this thread then it should be safe to assume that all is well...
