can any one tell me how should i get quick results for prediction of
structure of proteins that contain onli 9 amino acid residues

Hi,

For such small proteins you should use molecular dynamics - e.g. the LAMMPS system

such small proteins probably do not adopt a stable conformation but instead exist as an ensemble of different conformations.
