Using a Phyre2 PDB file for Computational Thermal Stability Studies

How can I add a chain identifier to the PDB file I got from Phyre2? I need one for some downstream programs like DynaMut2.

Or, does anyone know of a different program that will do something similar that will work with a Phyre2 PDB file?
