Broken Job description etc in Phyre2 21 & 22 November 2023

Hi folks

Unfortunately while adding "improvements" to Phyre2, I broke the job description field for Phyre2 submissions - this meant that you will either have got "Undefined" or nothing at all (or even something else that is equally unhelpful) in the job description in your results.

It's fixed now, but if you want the correct job description for any affected jobs, you will have to re-run the job (for batch, gensearch or siimilar jobs this does mean re-running the entire job unfortunately).

Many apologies for this, and also huge thanks to the people who took the time to tell me about it - although I do extensive testing, often comments from users are the quickest and best way to draw my attention to issues.
