Phyre2.2 One 2 One Threading Problem

I have been able to generate structures for several proteins no problem using the normal predictive model, but I am running into an issue with the One 2 One Threading. After the job "completes" there are no results. On the results page I get a " Phyre2 File not Found" error", which is attached. When I go to the previous runs page it says the job is complete, but when I click on results its just bring up the same error page.

It looks like you've found a bug. For some reason, Phyre is not reading the contents of your supplied PDB file. I'll look into it and put a fix in place.

I *think* I've fixed the bug - I'm running some tests, but since they might work for me and not for anyone else, it would be best if you tried re-running the job that failed and let me know if there are still problems (or even if it "just worked"!).

Thanks for pointing this out - although we have a lot of tests in place, sometimes they don't pick up errors.
