Update to Phyre2 front page

In response to a user request, I have added a couple of small features to the Phyre2 home page.

They allow the user to use a file browser to add a sequence from a FASTA file and to download a sequence directly from UniProt, in addition to the traditional "copy and paste" into the sequence box. The sequence should be automatically updated on loading from either a FASTA file or from UniProt.

Note that some UniProt sequences have non-canonical amino acids (i.e. not in the normal 20), and these are trapped by the new code.
