Hi everybody!

I'm quite new in PhyML. I'm just tryng to perform e MV with bootstrap in PhyML. After run, I get two files:
- example.phy_phyml_boot_stats
- example.phy_phyml_boot_tree

Then I want to see the tree in Figtree, with the boostrap value, but I don't know how to do it. I tried to open the _boot_tree files, and the Figtree open the 100 trees. What should I do to see only the "consensus" tree with the bootstrap??

Thanks!

Ale.

Dear Alejandro,

You need to load the file example.phy_phyml_tree (which displays
the bootstrap values and the branch lengths) instead.

Dear Stephane,

Thanks for the reply. I open the file and I could see the tree with
the bootstrap values.

Regards,

Alejandro
