Can't run Phylosift

I am having alot of trouble running PhyloSift I am new to command line and don't really have any idea how to trouble shoot. 

The link to download PhyloSift is broken, I used the zip file to clone it in Ubuntu virtual machine. 

Now when I am trying to execute the file i keep getting this error.

Please help I am new to command line dont really know how to trouble shoot

Did you use the github clone or some other zip file? 

Here is a link to the phylosift archive that should come with its own perl libraries. You should be able to download the database from there as well. The automatic download no longer works as our server no longer exists.
