Hi all,

I've finally got around to writing up the meeting minutes from
December's meeting. I do have the verbose transcript of what was
discussed, but since this included discussion of candidates to the
board I have refrained from attaching the transcript to the minutes.

I am frankly unclear what exactly goes into the minutes. We didn't
have any votes other than the new roles of some board members. I did
add the (sometimes very aspirational) action items that came up,
though perhaps these need to go in the meeting report. Which we still
need to submit to NESCent.
