The agenda, minutes, and bylaws linked to from the website at http://phylorf.org/PRF/Board_Meetings.html
redirect to a site that required authentication. Hence, in essence
these are inaccessible. Is this intentional? If yes, this should be
clearly indicated on the page above (and why would the Bylaws be
confidential?).

And BTW are the officers indeed not determined yet? I thought they had
been determined at the 2010 BoD meeting. See http://phylorf.org/PRF/Officers.html
- should this be updated?

The Bylaws, as are the Articles of Incorporation, are actually
declared public on the Links page:

While the Articles of Incorporation link works for me, the one for the
Bylaws requires a login. So I guess this should be fixed on both pages.
