pyphlan.py not found

Hello!

I got the error "pyphlan.py not found", but the folder contains all files including pyphlan.py. And the resulting file was empty. Any suggestions?

$ ./phylophlan.py -u MTB All usearch runs already performed! Mapping finished in 0 secs.

All alignments already computed! Aligning finished in 0 secs (0 total time).

All alignments already merged! Final tree already built (output/MTB/MTB.tree.nwk)! Tree building finished in 0 secs (0 total time).
