phyloGenerator v1.2 Released

Hello,

There's a new version of phyloGenerator available to download! I've tried to incorporate some email/GitHub user requests.

The big new thing is the 'referenceDownload' method - this makes downloading and checking DNA sequences much more automated, and I've had a lot of luck building phylogenies of ~1000 species using this method to do all of my sequence checking.

In addition, you can now:

• Choose species using GenBank TaxonIDs
• Load raw sequences from multiple genes
• Load alignments (from multiple genes)
• Automatically record all sequence edits (trimming, deleting, etc.) including those perform in a referenceDownload search
