Anti-virus software on Windows

Happy new year!

At a recent workshop, a number of Windows users were having trouble with phyloGenerator being blocked by their anti-virus software. If you find that pG 'hangs' while running, check your anti-virus software to see if it's blocking pG or some of the programs it uses internally.

I'm not sure why pG should be flagged in this way, but everything seemed quite straightforward to fix once the users opened up their anti-virus software. I'm happy to give more detailed advice if anyone emails me with a screenshot of their anti-virus software, but I hope you understand that I don't work for Norton/McAfee/Kaspersky/... and don't have a Windows computer so my ability to give general advice is sadly limited :-(
