Hi Will,
Iam trying to delve into phylogenerator to build a phylogeny for my master thesis. Unfortunately I already got stuck during the installation process, because the URL to download metal is offline (http://kumiho.smith.man.ac.uk/blog/whelanlab/?page_id=396). Is there another to get it? Is it possible to install phylogenerator without metal?
