TAxa found in NCBI genebank but not through Phylogenerator

Hi All

I tried to supply a txt file of almost 900 coral reef fish taxa through phylogenerator in an attempt to find its sequences. However phylgenerator somehow couldn't find a large chunk of taxa from the txt file. Asa way to double check it, I then searched it manually some of the taxa through the genebank website and surprisingly managed to retrieve the taxa sequences that coulndt be searched by Pgen. The following is the command that i passed to the phylogenerator

./phyloGenerator -name fish_Bali_RAP -wd /Users/IBRC/Documents/Aji/barber\ lab/phyloGeneratorMac_1-3-rc -email ajiw...@gmail.com -gene COI-Cox1-cytochrome_oxidase_one -species /Users/IBRC/Documents/Aji/barber\ lab/phyloGeneratorMac_1-3-rc/Demos/fish_BALI_RAP.txt -alignment mafft -phylogen raxml

Iam not really sure why its happened. Could anyone suggetst the way move forward.
