Hi all,

We are installing Phy2 on a recent MacBook Pro. Everything went fine. When starting the GUI we encountered a new error that seems to have something to do with json. Here is the out put from the terminal:

(phy2) Fredriks-MacBook-Pro:template fkgwer$ phy template-gui params.py
//anaconda2/envs/phy2/lib/python3.7/site-packages/phy/plot/gloo/variable.py:358: FutureWarning: Passing (type, 1) or '1type' as a synonym of type is deprecated; in a future version of numpy, it will be understood as (type, (1,)) / '(1,)type'.
  data = data.ravel().view([self.dtype])
js: Uncaught ReferenceError: Table is not defined
11:28:11.833 [E] qt:352               [JS:L1629] Uncaught ReferenceError: Table is not defined
js: Uncaught ReferenceError: Table is not defined
11:35:28.963 [E] qt:352               [JS:L1629] Uncaught ReferenceError: Table is not defined

Any idea?

Thank you for your time and help.

Best wishes,

Pierre

Hi, there is a pending issue on GitHub <https://github.com/cortex-lab/phy/issues/874>
I'll try again to reproduce it on my MacBook Pro but so far I haven't managed to
