phy 2.0 beta release

Hi all,

The beta release of phy 2.0 is now available. Everyone is invited to try it and report any issues on GitHub. There will be only bug fixes until the final release of phy 2.0, which is due in the coming weeks.

This new release brings many new views, new features, usability improvements, and bug fixes. The documentation is here, the release notes here.
