Keyboard shortcuts for waveformView not working

Hello,

The keyboard shortcuts for waveformView stopped working for me (windows 10 OS) sometime last week. The control/shift + arrows etc.. do not work but other grouping shortcuts do work. Did this happen to anyone? How do we fix it?
