When starting the GUI, the following error will occur stochastically.

When this error occurs, ClusterView etc. are not displayed.

Any idea?

Thank you for your time and help.

Best wishes,

The version of phy is 2.0a1.

The GUI is started with the phy kwik-gui .kwik command.

Could you give more information about your computer hardware spec and operating system? How do you access the data, is it stored locally or remotely?

Thanks

The specifications of the PC are as follows.
os: Widows10 Home
SSD
memory: 16 GB

I have installed phy2 on my desktop PC and was able run "phy kwik-gui data.kwik" locally with default anaconda environment.
But, occasionally RuntimeError("Timeout in _block().") will occur.

As I noticed recently, when you restart your PC or start gui after a while, it will suddenly become visible.
