Hello all,

We kind of broke the tradition this time about a meeting before event, so is this long email. Please hold patience and read. 

We have lot of work to do on location so please make sure to reach Murdock hall NO LATER than 2:00 PM. We should expect people to show up from 3:00 PM and should be ready by that time. 

Sujay and Gaurang will be on location at 11:30 and make sure Step Raptis (Stage, sound, light tech) gets all required access to the bldg.

I, along with Milind Oak shall reach at 12:00 PM to overlook stage, sound, lights and whatever they need. When I am on-site, Sujay and Gaurang shall install direction markers. 

Rest of our team will arrive by 2:00 PM. BsB team shall also arrive location at 2:00 to test systems, setup their equipments and get ready. 

Shvetal, Sangeeta and Sujay will do little bit decoration to create festive atmosphere.

Pornima, Jayanti setup box office. Also sell food tickets in advance if possible.

Sujay, Surabhi - samosas pickup at 3:00 PM. We will get ready boxes with 2 samosas each, possibly before start of the concert. 

Sanjay, Ravi- will arrange for tea from woodlands. 

Sujay will open event and handover to Milind Oak. I will close the event with vote of thanks (easy one :) )

Samosa distribution, ticket collection, we will handle that on location.

Post- concert dinner at Ravi's residence.

Sound like a plan?? If not add the missing pieces and make it like a plan :)

There will 7 on stage but I think buy 8 just in case.
