Hello all,

To begin with, let me wish you all happy holidays and very Happy New Year, 2014.

Outgoing 2013 was another great year for PMMM, in it's strive for maintaining and taking forward Marathi traditions and cultural in Phoenix. To continue operations further in 2014, few amazing folks in town, marked on "To" box on this email, have volunteered for joining and forming new working committee for 2014.

As a next step, I am proposing a meeting between old working committee and new committee for 2014. Please let me know if Saturday, Jan 11, 2014 at 12:00 PM works for everyone. If date is fine, I will try to find a central location for this meeting.

Roughly, agenda for meeting would be
1. New Committee, old committee introduction
2. Committee functions and expectations in brief
3. New committee designations
4. Assets transfer
5. Accounts transfer

I have tried best to include everyone I know is interested in joining 2014 committee. But if I missed a name, or you know someone who is interested, please forward this email to him/her.
