If you are interested in attending a meeting geared toward
understanding and using Census data....post here. Also tell us what
you can contribute or what you would interested in learning.

As Andrew has said in earlier notes, I'd be glad to give the group a fast
overview of the kinds of data gathered by Census (there's a lot more than
just the decennial numbers).

Cool. Anyone else?

The only real Census skill I can teach is how to use Access to create
DBFs that you can connect to shapefiles.

I'm a Python newb, but I would appreciate any hands-on guidance for massaging data.
I'm pretty much willing to meet anytime after 7pm w/in the next couple of weeks.

Sorry for the late reply -- I am interested.

I recently changed how gmail organizes incoming email and this message got filed in a folder I haven't checked for several days.
