Just got my ticket! Figured I'd go for the $200 ticket instead of the free one.

Will 100 tickets be enough? With free events, there are usually a lot of ticket-grabbing no-shows..

Thanks,

Cool. I don't know. James set that up. As a first event...I'm guessing
we will have to see how it goes.

When I've organised barcamps in the past, we figured on a 20 - 50 %
no-show rate. We used to reduce that by sending a polite email asking
those not attending to release their tickets a few weeks before the
event and re-releasing those tickets.

I'm planning for more than 100, but I figured that was a good target.  If it fills up, we'll bump it up to 125.  That theater room held like 135ish so I figure we could squeeze in 150 sales assuming people don't show.
