Some Office 2019, Office 2016, and Office 2013 products come with a product key. If yours did, before installing Microsoft 365 for the first time, sign in with an existing or new Microsoft account and enter your product key at office.com/setup. Redeeming your key is what links your account with Microsoft 365 so you only have to do this once. Already did this? Select the tab below for the version you're trying to install.

If Microsoft 365 originally came pre-installed and you need to reinstall on it on the same device or a new device, you should already have a Microsoft account associated with your copy of Microsoft 365. This is the account you'll use to install Microsoft 365 following the steps below. If you need to uninstall Microsoft 365 first, see Uninstall Office from a PC or Uninstall Office for Mac.

Your install is finished when you see the phrase, "You're all set! Office is installed now" and an animation plays to show you where to find Office applications on your computer. Select Close.

Yes, you can install and use Office 2016 for Mac and Office for Mac 2011 at the same time. However, we recommend that you uninstall Office for Mac 2011 before you install the new version just to prevent any confusion.

"We've had a whole bunch of loyal and dedicated customers. That's what kept us going," he said. "As prices have fluctuated, we've lost some of our businesses that are more price-conscious than anything else. That's just got it to where we just couldn't keep going."

Chesnut said the decision was made a couple weeks ago by himself, his father, his wife, Mary, "and our friendly accounting staff." They started telling customers on Tuesday and plan to close June 28. The store is offering a 10 percent discount on merchandise.

In addition to offering office supplies, Central Florida is a franchise of Office Furniture USA, and it gradually expanded its art supplies to occupy half its retail space to serve graphic art students at the University of Florida and Santa Fe College.

Bill Chesnut worked for his uncle, Gibbes Chesnut, at Chesnut's Office Supplies for 12 years before starting what was then Central Florida Office Supply in 1958. When Chesnut's closed after 60 years in business in 1995, Central Florida bought its location at 105 SW 34th St. in the Westgate Shopping Center and operated two locations for about a decade. The family also owned an Office Furniture USA franchise in Ocala in the early 2000s.

Bill Chesnut started the business by delivering office supplies and furniture from a 500-square-foot building behind his house. He would move to showrooms on Hawthorne Road and on Southwest Second Avenue downtown before moving to the current location at 10 NW Sixth St. in 1981.

The company employed as many as 67 people in the mid-1990s. That number has dwindled to 25, W.T. Chesnut said. Of those, about half have been with the store for 20 or more years. Numerous family members have also worked in the store.

He added that Rosa's is staying on top of technology in the changing economy. In 2006, one-half of 1 percent of orders were placed online, and now, 81 percent of Rosa's orders come through its website.

Technology is nothing new for the Hauptstuecks. John started in the business at Rosa's in February 1987. He sold IBM and Apple computers for one year before being promoted to general manager. He left the company in 1993 to move into consulting before buying the company.

Rosa's has been in a 15,000-square-foot office building at 20 S. 11th St. since 1968. Prior to that, it was at 13 S. 10th St. That's where Roland Rosa, Bob's grandfather, opened the business after splitting from Bartel, Rohe, Rosa in downtown Richmond in 1947.

After Roland died in the early 1950s, his sons, Robert W. Rosa and William Rosa, took over the business. Within a few years, Robert W. Rosa bought out his brother and ran the business, along with his wife Becky, until 1985 when his son, Robert Roland "Bob" Rosa, became president.

In 1977, Bob Rosa helped found the largest cooperative in the office products industry, a move which for years now has allowed independent companies to compete with larger stores. Bob Rosa died after an auto accident in 2011.

Rosa's has some national contracts, including the TCPN contract that provides supplies for Richmond Community Schools, the City of Richmond, Wayne County offices and many local churches, Hauptstueck said.

Cope Environmental Center, in a partnership with Rosa's Office Plus and Asset Recovery & Recycling, offers free electronics recycling from 9 a.m. to noon the third Saturday each month at Rosa's, 20 S. 11th St. in Richmond.

Items accepted at Rosa's include cameras and disposable cameras, personal computers, laptops, computer monitors, telecommunications equipment, telephone systems, mainframe computers, scanners, printers, fax machines, back-up power supply systems, photocopiers, photographic sound and visual recording equipment, VCRs, radios, CD players, car stereos, speakers, electronic wiring, power cables and integrated circuits, along with used toner cartridges, used ink cartridges and cellphones.
