How do you enable the the "PassengerEnabled" option

I get the error below.. I am using passenger-2.0.6

<Location /blog>
PassengerEnabled off
</Location>

Syntax error on line 18 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/xxx_qa:
Invalid command 'PassengerEnabled', perhaps misspelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration
...fail!

It's only available in the unreleased development version in the git repository.

Was trying to run a wordpress site in a subdirectory of a passenger
virtual host..
