Would anyone know what I need to do to get Rack::Bug to work with passenger

Hi,

Would anyone know what changes I need to make to get Rack::Bug to work
with passenger http://github.com/brynary/rack-bug. Rack bug is a bit
of middleware that is configured using config.middleware.use.

It works fine where running from mongrel, but I get a no-op in
passenger.

I eventually got this to work, I thing the middleware is a bit flaky,
after a bit of hacking and grabbing latest from github it worked.
