Passenger crash redmine

Hi,

I have a Redmine which was working fine till date but from 3 days the
redmine crash. The logs tells that

Error in Phusion Passenger helper agent watcher:
Unable to start the Phusion Passenger helper agent: it seems to have
crashed during startup for an unknown reason, with exit code 1
(empty)

This usually indicates that your system is out of memory or has too
many processes. You should check whether there isn't another component
on your system that's using excessively lot of memory or spawning
excessively lot of processes.
