oss-binaries.phusionpassenger.com down?

it's 4-5 hours I'm experiencing some problems with passenger & multiple rubies (before that everything was perfectly running). Passenger could not start, and the spawner crashes (so all my websites go down).


Here it is some log:

It think its related to oss-binaries.phusionpassenger.com server that seems down.

Yes. Our apologies for this issue. The server was down and has been
fixed a few hours ago. We'll take steps to reduce the impact of server
outages in the future.

Any news? It's a quite big issue...

It went down again a while ago. :( The server has been fixed now.

We're also setting up an S3 mirror for all the files to combat this
problem. The mirror should be finished this week.
