passengr-install-apache2-module error

good afternoon. Please let questions aboutpassengr-install-apache2-module the error.

I install passenger this command "gem install passenger"

next,I install passenger　as a module.

 I set next command "passengr-install-apache2-module "

but I have this error

So ,I　Comment out　phusion_passenger.rb:250．

But I failed install. error message is this
