Spring Band Concert & Awards Information - Thursday, May 15, 2025

Dear Panther Band Families,
This Thursday, May 15, at 7:00pm in the PHSN Performing Arts Center, we conclude our 2024-2025 concert season with our Spring Concert & Awards!
Report Times for each ensemble:
- Jazz Band: 6:15pm (Stage, ready to play)
- Steel Band: 6:30pm (Stage, ready to play)
- Concert Band II: 6:45pm (Choir Room, warm-up begins)
- Concert Band I: 6:45pm (PAC House seats; designated seating)
- Symphonic Band: 6:45pm (PAC House seats; designated seating)

Attire for ALL ensembles is the FOOTBALL/CONCERT UNIFORM, with a black t-shirt underneath (no logos), LONG black socks, and black marching band shoes (clean). The hat, plume, and gloves are excluded for the concert uniform.
At the conclusion of the concert, students will TURN-IN their Concert/Football Uniform. They will need to turn in the following:
- Uniform Jacket
- Uniform Pants
- Assigned Uniform Hanger (with uniform hung on it properly; failure to bring back your designated uniform hanger with garment info will result in a charge to your account)
Volunteers will be in place to collect the uniforms at stations after the concert.
**Students, please note you will be leaving after the concert without your uniform. Please bring a change of clothes for after the concert.**
LONDON STUDENT TRAVELERS & CHAPERONES: We will have London jackets and a QR Code sizing form to try-on and complete following the concert to get the proper size and embroidery ordered for your jacket. Please complete this sizing after the concert prior to leaving.
At the conclusion of the performance portion of the concert, we will present the 2024-2025 Band Slideshow!
We look forward to celebrating all of our students, and especially the Class of 2025 Seniors!
