Celebration Concert & Reception REMINDER & Uniform – Sunday, October 27, 2024

As we conclude our 2024 Marching Band season, we prepare to present our 2024 Celebration Concert & Reception!

This performance and reception event will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2024 in the PHSN Main Gymnasium.

Event Description:

Concert: The 2024 Marching Panthers and Color Guard will present the sounds and sights from the full 2024 Marching Band season in a sit-down concert. We invite family, friends, and Band fans to join us for this celebration of an outstanding Marching Band season!

Reception: To celebrate the conclusion to our season, we invite Band families and guests to attend the post-concert reception in the PHSN Commons. (Please see Event Coordination below.)

Event Timeline:

12:00pm - Student Report Time in Uniform

UNIFORM (Band & Color Guard): SHOW UNIFORM (No gloves or hats; Students must be in uniform at Report Time)
- Show Uniform Requirements – Black pants, black jacket, black marching shoes, tall black socks, gloves, gauntlets hat, plume, etc.
- The uniform must be worn with the 2024 show shirt or solid black t-shirt underneath the jacket (no logos).
- The following items are not compliant with uniform regulations, and will result in failure of the uniform check and need to be removed:
  - Jewelry of any kind
  - Sunglasses
  - Hair on the collar
  - Bulky or baggy shorts, jeans, or long pants that obstruct the look of the uniform or extend beyond the uniform pant.

1:30pm - Doors open for Seating

2:00pm - CONCERT BEGINS

3:15pm (approx.) - Reception in PHSN Commons begins following the concert

5:00pm - PHSN Commons closes (Reception concluded and Commons reset for school)
