Football Playoff game Friday Nov. 16th

For students who want to go & play at the playoff game on Friday--we will take a Pep Band to CO Springs for the game.  We can take as many as 25 students, but we have to be in "uniform" which basically means we all have to wear the same thing.  I have band jackets here that we can use for Pep Band; we can distribute them to students as needed.

Friday looks like this:

Depart PHS (instruments ON THE BUS) 5:00pm

Arrive Widefield HS (that's where the game is) @6:00pm--we are getting Chik-Fil-A to eat once we get there--please bring $5 for dinner!

Game starts at 7pm

Once the game is done, back on the bus & head back to PHS.

You will NOT be able to get into the building when we get back to school!!  Instruments have to go home (or go with Mr. Phalen).  Mr. Phalen is NOT going back to school after the game!!

Let me know ASAP if you want to play at the game--we may also have room for parents who want to go, but you will have to buy a ticket there and may have to pay for the bus (I'll let you know if that happens).  Don't reply to this email!!  Please email Mr. P at:  wph...@dcsdk12.org
