Dear Parents of Winter Percussion Participants,
We would like to meet to get the details worked out for our upcoming competitions. We will need to arrange drivers (students are not allowed to drive to the competitions), band truck drivers and assigning dates for providing food at the competitions. If you have not paid fees, please send your $350 to our Music Boosters P.O. Box. Mark your calendar to meet during rehearsal on Wednesday, February 20 at 7:00. The students will be rehearsing in Band and Choir rooms, so we may have to pull chairs out into the hallway. We should be finished by the time the students are done with the rehearsal. I would really like to set up a communications list, so if you would send me an email with student name, parent names, email and cell #. That way we can do future communication via email.
