3rd Party Vendors

I am hopefully going to be expanding too quickly to write all of the PHRets needed to handle my workload, so I am looking for 3rd party vendors who can populate my database for me.  Things I would be interested in is a group that can work with Rets, Trestle, and MLSGrid, and maybe have some sort of easy mapping feature to map a market's data to my database.

Any suggestions of companies that do this sort of thing?

Hope isn't a strategy, but I'd recommend finding a developer that has proven experience with scaling MLS connections across the nation if you really think you're going to be big. MLSs are all snowflakes (unique in their own special way.)

The more difficult piece is managing compliance behind the scenes.

True, we have been building this kind of skillet. Currently connected to 12 MLS providers

You cannot simply access the MLS data, it all depends on the technology vendor contracts and the brokers you are interacting with.
