PHRETS - CALRets.MLSListings.com - realm error

I'm getting pretty consistent login errors to this server, looking like: 

<RETS ReplyCode="20036" ReplyText="Invalid Authorization Header: Invalid 'realm' value." />

The only reference to "realm" that I have found here refers to Windows, which is not what I'm using, and it's for a completely different provider in any case.

Is there any way to discover what Realm information is being used by PHRETS under the covers?  This is an intermittent problem - sometimes it happens, then on a retry (or 5 or 6), it doesn't happen. I have seen a similar error with other providers, so if I can figure it out for one, perhaps I can knock a few others off as well.
